A self-organizing work environment
IntegrateWise brings work from every connected application into one adaptive Workbench — so you can immediately see what changed, what matters, what is blocked, and what your AI Co-worker can handle next.

Connect the systems that already run your business
How It Works
Connect the systems you already use through the IntegrateWise Connector Marketplace. CRM, email, calendars, communication, support, finance, and development tools can all participate in the same workspace. Existing eligible connections are reused.
The Triage Agent processes messages, records, meetings, files, events, and agent outputs. It classifies, connects, prioritizes, routes, and prepares the information before it reaches your Workbench and Twin.
IntegrateWise projects the right work for each user. Founders see the operating picture. Customer teams see accounts and commitments. Individual contributors see their priorities, approvals, and current work.
Ask the Twin to investigate, prepare, draft, compare, or execute a permitted objective. The Twin uses the available context and capabilities rather than requiring you to operate every connected application manually.
AI prepares and proposes. You decide what proceeds. Workspace policies determine which actions run automatically and which require explicit human approval.
Execution status, failures, evidence, and outcomes return to IntegrateWise. Triage processes the result, verification updates the work state, and the latest context becomes available to the Workbench and Twin.
The continuity loop
Workbench
IntegrateWise is not an entity browser or another static dashboard. The centre of the product is your operational work — priorities, tasks, queues, approvals, decisions, blockers, commitments, and outcomes.
A concise operating view of what changed, what matters, what is at risk, and what should happen next.
Inbox, tasks, personal queue, approvals, notifications, recent work, and saved items — all in one place.
Email, calendar, meetings, chat, calls, shared documents, and activity connected to the work they affect.
Relevant documents, decisions, observations, evidence, organizational knowledge, and approved memory.
Role-specific tables, boards, pages, records, timelines, and canvases generated from governed projections.
Contextual intelligence for the active work item, opened explicitly or surfaced when a qualified signal requires attention.

One workspace, different projections
Each user works from the same governed organizational truth, projected according to role, permissions, domain, lifecycle stage, and active responsibility.
Twin and Co-worker
Your Twin understands who you are, what you are responsible for, which tools you can access, what work is active, what changed recently, which people and records are involved, what has already been decided, and which actions are permitted.
Ask
Request an explanation, summary, investigation, comparison, or recommendation.
Assign
Give the Twin an objective and let it coordinate the heavy lifting.
Approve
Review the proposed plan and intended changes before execution.
Track
See whether work is queued, running, blocked, completed, or reconciled.
What the Co-worker handles
Less application operation. More human judgment.
You remain responsible for judgment, approval, and authority. The system handles coordination, repetition, context assembly, and operational follow-through.
Canvas Block Types
Callouts, KPI strips, tables, charts, and the Twin panel — defined as JSONB, rendered by the Projection Engine, shaped per role.
Info — This canvas is projected from the Spine. All blocks are RBAC-filtered before rendering.
Alert — Acme Corp renewal requires approval before stage advance. Due in 3 days.
Tip — Deals closing this month with no activity in 7+ days are highlighted in the table below.
Governance
IntegrateWise separates intelligence from authority. The Twin may observe, assemble context, investigate, draft, recommend, prepare an execution plan, request approval, and track approved work. The Twin cannot bypass workspace policy, governance, permission, or required approval.
Your work. Your context. Your approval.
You control
IntegrateWise Spine Network
The Spine organizes every entity by app category (source), business domain (RBAC classification), and lifecycle stage (routing key) — so every projection is deterministic and every query is governed.
Connect once. Meet your team inside the tools they already use.
Every channel connects to the same governed Spine Network. No channel receives its own disconnected copy of your organizational truth.
